Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items Policy
1. You must inspect the order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any of the items is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. You must inform us within 48 hours for any damaged and incorrect items to be replaced.
3. Take photographs of any damaged items or damaged packaging on delivery and send them to us for inspection and to speed up the replacement process.
4. Items can only be replaced before commencing with installation. By starting to install the item you are accepting that the goods are in good condition.
5. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty or damaged, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Goods should not be disposed of without our confirmation.
6. You may be asked to dispose of damaged/ broken tiles, should we decide not to get them back for inspection.
7. Items damaged due to poor handling, storage and maintenance or negligence will not be replaced.
8. All replacement goods will be shipped via standard delivery directly to you at our cost.
