Delivery / Shipping Policy

1. Delivery dates and times are estimated and are given in good faith and may be subject to change due to factors and circumstances beyond our control.

2. We offers a standard kerbside delivery through third-party courier services. Standard deliveries are only on kerbside, and an able-bodied person is required to receive the delivery and to sign for the items.

3. The customer is responsible for arranging access to the delivery address and must report any special access requirements prior to delivery.

4. On request, we may be able to provide next working day delivery service but customer must contact us to arrange and agree the day. For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12.00 noon. Any orders placed after 12.00 noon will be delivered on the working day after next. There will be an additional charge for this service.

5. Please note that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays with traffic and dependency on third party carriers.

6. If you have paid for but we are not able to deliver the item on the agreed day then you must inform us by email or phone by end of the day. In which case, we shall provide a refund within 5 working days.
